By accessing or using SERPRadar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must have authority to accept these terms for yourself or for the organization you represent.
SERPRadar provides search opportunity intelligence for emerging keywords. Features may include Google Suggest discovery, SERP weakness analysis, KGR and title competition analysis, keyword clustering, SEO playbooks, watchlists, alerts, and data pipeline monitoring.
SERPRadar provides research signals and recommendations. It does not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, revenue, conversions, or search engine results.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, trigger payment disputes, or abuse product limits.
You agree not to misuse SERPRadar, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape private areas of the product, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service for illegal, abusive, spam, adult, gambling, drug-related, or otherwise harmful activity.
You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute SERPRadar data or product output as a competing service without written permission.
SERPRadar may collect and store public search intelligence, keyword, SERP, and trend data. Scores and labels are estimates based on available signals and may change over time.
You are responsible for reviewing opportunities before publishing content or making business decisions.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of SERPRadar output complies with search engine policies, platform rules, and applicable laws.
SERPRadar, its interface, scoring logic, analysis structure, brand assets, and related product materials are owned by SERPRadar or its licensors.
You retain ownership of content you create outside the product. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display content or settings you submit to operate the service.
Paid plans, prices, included limits, renewal periods, and billing terms are shown at checkout or inside the product. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Access to paid features may be suspended for failed payments, chargebacks, plan abuse, or policy violations.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Unless that policy or applicable law says otherwise, fees for completed billing periods are non-refundable.
You may cancel a subscription through the product billing area where available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of SERPRadar at any time. We are not liable for temporary unavailability, data delays, API limits, or third-party service issues.
Some data depends on external providers and public search results. Signals may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.
SERPRadar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SERPRadar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost rankings, or lost business opportunities.
You may stop using SERPRadar at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if continued use creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SERPRadar after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
